1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under

Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for grant of interim bail/bail pending trial in case FIR No.46 dated 18.04.2022 registered under Sections 22/29/61 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Sadar Jagraon, District Ludhiana.

2. The custody certificate filed by the learned counsel for the State, is taken on record.

3. During the pendency of the petition the counsel for the petitioner had moved application for grant of interim bail on the ground of operation of spinal cord injury and the follow up programme thereafter. He was granted benefit of interim bail which was extended till today to await the report of the Board of Doctors from PGIMER, Chandigarh. The report of the Board of Doctors has been received from

the PGIMER, Chandigarh.

4. At this stage, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the main petition along with all applications.

5. Dismissed as withdrawn.

jail authority with immediate effect.
