1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under

Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for issuance of contempt proceedings against the respondent for not obeying the order dated 08.10.2018 passed by this court in SAO No.91 of 2018.

2. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances placed on

record, this court does not find it appropriate to continue with the present

petition.

3. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed.
