"Due to non-appearance before the learned trial Court, non- bailable warrants has been issued against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready and willing to join the proceedings before the learned trial Court, in case he is protected from being arrested.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Karunesh Kaushal, AAG, Punjab waives service on behalf of the respondent-State.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned trial Court on 23.11.2023, and in case he prefers an application for grant of regular bail, the same shall be decided most expeditiously, preferably on the same day.

Till then the arrest of the petitioner shall remain stayed.

Adjourned to 30.11.2023.
