It is not disputed at Bar that the issue raised in the instant petition already stands decided against the petitioner by this Court, vide judgment dated 07.11.2022, passed in CWP No.2510 of 2017 titled Surender Singh and others v. State of Haryana and others. The review application against the said judgment has also been dismissed, vide order dated 29.08.2023.

In view thereof, the petition stands dismissed in terms of

Surender Singh case (supra).
