1. By this common order, three writ petitions, the details of which

have been given in the heading, are being disposed of as all the petitions

involve the same question of law on similar facts.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that question of law

raised in the present petitions has already been answered by this Court while

passing order in CWP No.12858 of 2018 titled as Chand Singh and others

vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 24.08.2023, hence, the present

petitions may kindly be disposed of in same terms.

3. Learned State counsel submits that State has already decided to

challenge the said judgment by filing an appeal hence, the present petitions

may kindly be adjourned so that the repeated appeals may not have to be

filed by the State.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners

undertake that in case any order is passed by the Appellate Court in Chand

Singh's case (supra) modifying, staying the judgment in any manner, said

order of Appellate Court may be made applicable upon the petitioners ipso

facto without there being filing appeal.

5. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that keeping in

view the said statement of learned counsel for the petitioners, no further

grievance of the State arises for disposing of the present petitions in terms

of Chand Singh's case (supra).

6. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case

and taking into consideration the statement of learned counsel for the

petitioners, the present petitions are also disposed of in terms of Chand

Singh's case (supra).

7. A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of other

connected cases.

As the main writ petitions are disposed of, present application

also stands disposed of.
