1. The appellants have filed the instant appeal against judgment and decree dated 22.10.2019 passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Palwal, whereby a suit for recovery filed by the respondent/plaintiff has been decreed as well as judgment and decree dated 15.03.2022 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Palwal whereby an appeal filed by the appellants/defendants against judgment and decree dated 22.10.2019 has been dismissed.

2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that since the matter has been compromised between the parties which has already been implemented and the payment has also been made and even the execution has been withdrawn by the plaintiff/respondent, therefore, he wishes to withdraw the instant regular second appeal.

2. Dismissed as withdrawn.
