1. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that issue involved in the present petition stands covered by judgment of Allahabad High Court in Teacher Associations MNNIT, Allahabad and another Vs. Union of India and others 2015 (20) RCR (Civil)143.

2. Faced with this, learned counsel for the respondents No.2 and 3 submits that petitioner if files representation in terms of said judgment, it would be considered and disposed of within 6 weeks from today.

3. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner agrees with aforesaid arrangement.

4. In the wake of statements of both side, the present petition stands disposed of.

5. Pending misc. application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
