1. Present revision petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 08.09.2023 passed by learned Civil Judge, Junior Division at Pataudi in civil suit No.225 of 2017 titled as "Dharambir and others vs.

Inderjeet Singh" vide which beside dismissing the application dated 08.09.2023, evidence of the defendant (petitioner herein) has been closed.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that after issuance of notice of motion to the respondents, service upon the respondents has been affected through dasti process to the counsel.

3. At the very outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks

withdrawal of the present petition.
