1. The appellants have filed the instant appeal against judgment

and decree dated 12.09.2018 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge

(Senior Division), Dabwali as well as judgment and decree dated

30.09.2019 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Sirsa.

2. Vide order dated 24.07.2023 passed by this Court, the matter

was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court. Report

dated 05.10.2023 from the Mediator has been received stating that the

parties have amicably settled their dispute.

3. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been

compromised between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation

Center of this Court vide compromise dated 05.10.2023 and in view of the

said compromise the instant regular second appeal may be disposed of. The

said compromise is taken on record as Mark-A.

4. Since there is no signature of appellant No.2-Shashi Bala in

the compromise dated 05.10.2023 (Mark-A), therefore, an affidavit on

her behalf regarding compromise has been filed in the Court today

which is taken on record.

5. Consequently, the present regular second appeal is

disposed of in view of compromise dated 05.10.2023 (Mark-A) arrived

at between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Center of

this Court and the impugned judgment and decree is modified

accordingly. Needless to say that parties shall remain bound by the

compromise.

6. Decree-sheet be drawn in terms of the compromise.
