The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he wishes to
withdraw this petition in view of the judgment in 'Lovesh versus State
(NCT of Delhi) 2012 (4) RCR (Criminal) 240', wherein it has been held
that ordinarily, a proclaimed offender is not entitled for the grant of
anticipatory bail.
Ordered accordingly.
The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court
immediately.
