The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 13.07.2023 passed by Judge, Special Court, Amritsar (Annexure P-6), whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender in proceedings pursuant to complaint No.NCB Crime No.68 dated 13.12.2020 bearing _ registration No.NDPS/343/2021 dated 07.06.2021 under Sections 8, 20, 25, 29 and 60 of NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station NCB Amritsar titled as Union of India through Intelligence Officer, Narcotic Control Bureau, Amritsar Vs. Chirag Jani and others.

It is not even in dispute that the petitioner had not even joined the investigation in the case before he was declared as proclaimed offender. Therefore, the challan was filed by the Investigating Agency in the absence of the petitioner.

In view of the above, this Court does not find it appropriate to

interfere in the matter.

Dismissed.
