1. Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case

FIR No.105 dated 29.05.2020, under Section 148, 149, 323, 325, 307 and 201 of IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Sanoli, District Panipat.

2. Vide order dated 19.09.2023, this Court, while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

3. Learned State counsel on instructions states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.

4. In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated

19.09.2023 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made

absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the
