Present: Mr.Sandeep Arora, Advocate for the petitioners

Learned counsel for the petitioners stated that for the time being, he

does not want to pursue the present Civil Revision against the impugned

order dated 5.10.2023 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Patiala

and wants to withdraw the same with liberty to file application before the

Executing Court calling upon the Judgment Debtor to disclose the

property owned by him as provided under CPC.

In view of the above statement, the Civil Revision stands dismissed

as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
