                          1.           The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the

                          Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus

                          directing respondents No.2 & 3 not to harass the petitioner illegally at the

behest of respondents No.4 & 5 and also direct respondents No.2 & 3 to

restrain respondents No.4 & 5 from interfering in the peaceful life of the

petitioner; along with certain other prayers.
