By way of present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.,

prayer has been made for grant of bail to the petitioner during the pendency

of trial in case FIR No.209 dated 31.07.2022, under Sections 387 and 506

IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Amritsar, District Amritsar.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner stands

acquitted vide judgment dated 31.03.2023 passed by the court of learned

Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amritsar, thereby, rendering the

present petition as infructuous.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as

having been rendered infructuous.
