VIKRAM AGGARWAL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition preferred under Article 226 of
the Constitution of India is for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing respondents No.1 to 3 to produce the detenue Gagandeep Kaur who, as per the petitioner, was in the illegal custody of respondents No.4 to 9.
2. In compliance of the order dated 20.06.2023, the petitioner is present in the Court. The documents, referred to in order dated 20.06.2023 have been handed over to learned counsel representing the private respondents who duly submits that he has received all the documents.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that the detenue is now living with her parents and all documents have been returned, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
4. In view of the statement given by learned counsel for the
petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn.
