Learned Deputy Advocate General appearing on behalf of

the State of Punjab, submits that pursuant to the impugned order and

judgment dated 27.05.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge, the

respondents - authorities have already initiated departmental proceedings

against the respondent by issuing a charge sheet on 17.03.2023 and the

departmental proceedings are in progress.

In view of the aforesaid factual position, the present appeal

is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.

All the pending applications stand disposed of.
