At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
petitioner, namely, Asru son of Chawmal along with others stands
acquitted vide judgment dated 01.04.2019 passed by the learned
Additional Sessions Judge, Nuh and thus, the present petition has become
infructuous.
Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid fact.
Dismissed as having become infructuous.
