The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.18 dated 24.01.2023 registered under Sections 186, 353, 148, 149 of IPC at Police Station City Kharar, District SAS Nagar (Mohali).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 19.04.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, being instructed by ASI Surjit Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim

order dated 19.04.2023, passed by this Court, is made absolute.
