Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.114 dated 28.12.2021, registered at Police Station Bholath, Kapurthala, under Sections 452, 324, 323, 289, 148 and 149 IPC.

Vide order dated 22.02.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jasvir Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the

case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 22.02.2022
