1. By way of present regular second appeal, challenge has been

made to the judgments and decrees dated 29.11.2014 and 11.02.2016 passed

by both the Courts below, whereby the suit for partition as well as

permanent injunction filed at the instance of respondent-plaintiff, was

decreed.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant-defendant submits that the

parties have already entered into a settlement and thus, he does not want to

press the present appeal.

3. In view thereof, the present appeal is disposed of being not

pressed.
