Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states
that the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as
the tenant-respondent has since purchased the property in dispute.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite his best
efforts he has not been able to contact the petitioner.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the
respondent, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been
rendered infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to get the
present petition revived in case anything survives. Pending applications, if
any, also stand disposed off.
