Prayer in the present petition filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C is for grant of interim bail for a period of three weeks to attend the marriage of his sister pending trial in case FIR No.219 dated 03.11.2020 registered under Sections 307, 148,149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 and (Section 302 of IPC, added later on) at Police Station Dharmkot, District Moga (Punjab).
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits
that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition.
