The petitioners have submitted a complaint dated 04.05.2022

(Annexure P-5) against the private respondents alleging that offences under

Sections 420, 467, 468, 470 and 471 IPC have been committed by them but FIR

has not been registered till date. Thus, the present petition has been filed.

In view of the judgment passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Sakiri

Vasu vs. State of U.P. And others, 2008(1) RCR(Criminal) 392, the present

petition is not maintainable and is, accordingly, dismissed.
