Counsel for respondents No.2 & 3 has relied upon Suresh
Sharma Vs. State of Punjab & ors., (2019) 4 PLR 25 and Division Bench
judgment, which was upheld in LPA titled as Surinder Krishan Sharma
Vs. State of Punjab & ors., (2019) 4 SCT 30 to submit that this petition
would not be maintainable in view of the fact that the petitioner has
alternate remedy to agitate his claim before the Educational Tribunal. He
further relies upon Section 7-A of the Punjab Affiliated Colleges (Security
of Service of Employees) Act, 1974.

Counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to dispute the
same and prays for withdrawal of the same with liberty to avail appropriate
remedy in accordance with law.
