1. Present revision petition has been filed for setting aside the

impugned judgment dated 17.07.2017 passed by Appellate Authority,

Faridabad, whereby the order dated 29.09.2015 passed by Rent Controller /

Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Faridabad, was upheld.

2. At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner-

tenant, submits that premises in dispute has been demolished; thus present

petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.

3. Ordered accordingly.

4. Pending miscellaneous application(s) shall also stand disposed

off.
