The present IOIN is for service of respondent No.6 (died) and

respondent Nos.2, 4, 5, 7 to 10.

Vide order dated 22.01.2020 it was specifically noted that Mr.

Aakash Singla, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent

No.1 and he had stated that he is the only contesting respondent and

accordingly the service of the remaining respondents was dispensed with.

In view of the above, no further orders need to be passed.

IOIN stands disposed off.
