This is a civil writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the
Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for
quashing the impugned order dated 15.07.2019 passed by the Financial
Commissioner (Revenue) Punjab as well as order dated 16.10.2015 passed
by the Commissioner, Ferozepur Division, Ferozepur and order dated
21.11.20213 passed by the District Collector-cum- Deputy Commissioner,
Fazilka.
On 12.12.2019, a coordinate Bench of this Court was pleased to
pass the following order:-
"Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for an adjournment to place on record the orders/judgments passed by the criminal Courts in the FIRs which are alleged to have been registered against respondent No.4.
Adjourned to 19.02.2020.

Thereafter the matter has been repeatedly adjourned and on
11.10.2022, a coordinate Bench of this Court was pleased to pass the
following order:-
"This is a Lambardari matter. The Collector appointed respondent No. 4 as the Lambardar. Aggrieved, the petitioner and respondent No. 5 preferred appeals which were dismissed. Further revisions before the Financial Commissioner also failed and, thus, the present writ petition has been filed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for more time to comply with order dated 12.12.2019.
Adjourned to 11.01.2023 finally. A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of connected case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the above, seeks
to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to file a fresh petition after
giving full and better particulars.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the
petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid
liberty.
