The present petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the

nature of certiorari quashing the rejection letter dated 15.05.2020

(Annexure P-5), rejection order dated 03.06.2020 (Annexure P-6),

promotion order dated 15.03.2021/06.04.2021 (Annexure P-8), qua Sr.

No.123 to 654, and the posting order dated 04.05.2021 (Annexure P-9), qua

Sr. No.129 to 658, who are juniors to the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

the petitioner would be satisfied in case a time bound direction is issued to

respondent No.1-Addl. Chief Secretary to the Government of Haryana,

Department of School Education, who is the appointing authority, to decide

the claim of the petitioner in terms of the judgments passed by the

Coordinate Benches in CWP-14905-2009, titled as 'Surinder Kumar and

others Vs. State of Haryana and others', decided on 27.03.2012 and

CWP-19940-2013, titled as 'Raj Singh Vs. State of Haryana and others',

decided on 14.03.2018.

Learned State counsel raises no objection in deciding the claim

of the petitioner by respondent No.1 in terms of the judgments (supra).

In view of the aforesaid prayer made by the learned counsel for

the petitioner during the course of hearing, but without expressing any

opinion on the merits of the case, Addl. Chief Secretary to the Government

of Haryana, Department of School Education, is directed to decide the

claim of the petitioner in terms of the judgments(supra), by passing a

speaking order, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of

copy of this order.
