The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wishes to
withdraw the present petition as the main accused already stands acquitted
vide judgment dated 25.04.2019 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate
(NRI Court), Jalandhar.
In view of the above, the present petition is ordered to be
dismissed as withdrawn.
