The present petition is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take legal action against private respondent Nos. 4 to 13 against whom the petitioner has leveled allegations and has also submitted a representation to the Senior Superintendent of Police, although, there is no proof to substantiate the said submission.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy under law.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Nothing in this order shall be construed as any expression of

opinion on the merits of the case or any direction.
