This is the first petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to the official respondents for conducting a fair and impartial investigation in a complaint pending with Chief Director, Vigilance Bureau, Mohali through some senior police official and to bring the application to its logical conclusion after registering an FIR against respondent Nos.4 and 5 who are roaming freely causing threat to life and property of the petitioner.
On instructions from SI Kamal Singh, learned State counsel submits that the accused have already been acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 30.08.2022 and the copy of the same has been placed on record.
In view of the submission made by learned State counsel, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition.
In view thereof, present petition is disposed of as such with no order.
