This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking
quashing of order dated 06.10.2009 (Annexure P-5), whereby, the
petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender in a case bearing FIR
No.357 dated 09.09.2004 under Sections 452/323/148/149 of IPC
registered at Police Station Nakodar, District Jalandhar and all subsequent
proceedings arising therefrom.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the
petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated
07.01.2023, the present petition has become infructuous. The said order has
been placed on record.
Disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
