This is 02nd petition filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing the

impugned order dated 27.11.2017 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge,

Panchkula in Criminal Appeal No.191 of 2016 against complaint No.1389 of

2013 under Section 138 of the N.I. Act tittled as 'Amit Verma Vs. State of

Haryana and warrant of arrest has also been issued against the petitioner.

None has appeared in this case after 08.02.2018. This Court has

checked up the status of the appeal from the E-Court portal, wherefrom it

transpired that the appeal itself has been disposed of vide judgment dated

05.04.2018.

In view of the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of as having

been rendered infructuous.
