The present revision petition pertains to the year 2017. On

03.03.2022 the following order was passed :

"Suit of the petitioner was dismissed for non-

prosecution on 20.03.2010. Application was filed on

16.02.2011 after eleven months. The said application

has been dismissed. This order is challenged in the

present revision petition."

In the interest of justice, adjourned to

12.10.2022."

On 12.10.2022 none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Today again none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. This
