1. Challenge in the instant regular second appeal is to judgment

and decree dated 15.09.2015, passed by the learned Addl. District Judge,

Rohtak, dismissing the appeal filed by the appellant against the judgment

and decree dated 01.02.2010 and order dated 01.07.2013, passed by the

learned Addl. Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rohtak, in Civil Suit No.787

of 2004, decreeing the civil suit for dissolution of partnership and

rendition of accounts of M/s Vishal Auto Industries, Hisar Road, Rohtak,

filed by the respondent/plaintiff.

2. None is present on behalf of the appellant nor has any

request for passover or adjournment been made. It is already 1515 HRS.

3. Dismissed for non prosecution.
