This is an application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the appellant, Mota Singh, who is stated to have died on 02.08.2021.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The legal representatives as mentioned in para 2 of the application are impleaded as party. Amended memo of parties is taken on record. Vakalatnama signed by one of the LRs, namely, Jagtar Singh has already been appended with the application, which is taken on record. IOIN-RSA-4002-2004 Mr. Kulvir Narwal, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.1(iii) and has filed his vakalatnama, which is taken on record.

As per office report, notice could not be issued to respondent no.1(ii) as the counsel for the appellants has not furnished the correct/complete address of respondent no.1(ii).

Since last opportunity was granted to learned counsel for the appellants to furnish correct/complete address of respondent no.1(ii), no further order needs to be passed.
