HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for

quashing the FIR No. 55 dated 02.03.2020, registered under Sections 307, 427, 148, 149 of IPC, 1860 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Gate Hakima, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar and

all the criminal proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise

dated 04.03.2020 (Annexure P-2).

Learned State counsel submits that the bail application filed by the petitioners was dismissed and has objected to the quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise dated 04.03.2020.

In view of the above statement made by learned State counsel,

learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition

authenticity of this document/judgment

High Court, Chandigarh

with liberty to file fresh one after seeking bail in this case.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as

withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
