                                       The present appeal was admitted on 08.09.2006. The case is

                          listed before this court after reconstruction of file which was burnt in fire

                          incident. The intimation regarding listing of this case has been sent to the

                          respective counsel.

                                       However, there is no representation on behalf of the counsel

                          for the parties, despite intimation.

                                       In view of the above, the present IOIN stands disposed of

                          and the main petition is taken up for final hearing today itself.
