The aforesaid Regular First Appeals stand decided on

07.07.2022.

The matter has been listed with the following office note:-

"The above said cases were decided by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil Kshetarpal on 07.07.2022 while passing main judgment in RFA No.134 of 2021 titled as "Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited Vs. Isra & Ors".

In this regard, it is submitted that in the short orders of above said connected matters i.e RFA No. 135, 136, 138, 139, 140 to 144 & 146 of 2021, the date of decision has been typed 11.07.2022 instead of 07.07.2022.

In view of the position explained above, DRR Section may be requested to list the above said cases in Kacha Peshi before of Hon'ble Court for kind consideration."

The accuracy of the aforesaid note has been verified and

found to be correct. Hence, it is directed that in the short orders passed in

the aforementioned appeals, date of decision mentioned as 11.07.2022 be

read as 07.07.2022. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary

correction.

IOIN stands disposed of.

A photocopy of this order be placed on the files of the other

connected cases.
