1. The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of

the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus

directing respondent No.2 to grant compensation to the petitioners for the

acquired land, in view of the judgment dated 13.12.2022 passed in RFA

No.2659-2021 in LAC No.783 of 2015.

2. Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the

present petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy, but in

accordance with law.

3. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
