1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for punishing the respondent for not obeying the order dated 20.08.2020 (Annexure P-1) passed by this court in CWP No.8691 of 2020.
2. Pursuant to order dated 09.10.2023 passed by this court in the present petition, the counsel for the respondent has brought a demand draft for an amount of ~1,25,000/- (one lac twenty five thousand only) in the name of petitioner-Company and the same is handed over to counsel for the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, no further action is required in the matter. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
4. However, if any of the grievance of the petitioner is still left unaddressed, then the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail any other alternate
remedy, but in accordance with law.
