1. The appellant has filed the instant appeal against judgment

and decree dated 20.05.2016 whereby learned Additional District Judge,

Sangrur has dismissed the appeal filed by the appellant/plaintiff against

judgment and decree dated 31.03.2014 passed by learned Civil Judge

(Senior Division), Sangrur whereby a suit for declaration and permanent

injunction filed by the appellant/plaintiff has been partly decreed.

2. On the last date of hearing i.e. 21.08.2023, the following

order was passed :-

"On the last date of hearing i.e. 21.11.2022, the following order was passed:-

"Nobody is appearing on behalf of the applicants-appellants. Record of the case has already been received.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 13.04.2023.

It shall be the last opportunity, making it clear that matter shall not be adjourned further."

Today again, there is no representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the applicant-appellant.
