By way of present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been

made for quashing of FIR No.0176 dated 01.07.2017 registered under Sections

420, 406, 120-B, 201 IPC (added later on) at Police Sation Dakha, District

Ludhiana Rural (Annexure P-1) along with all proceedings subsequent thereto.

Learned State counsel informs that the petitioner already stands

acquitted vide judgment dated 12.09.2023 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist

Class, Ludhiana, thereby rendering the present petition as infructuous.

Disposed of as having become infructuous.
