This appeal has been filed against judgment dated 20.07.2023 passed by the Learned Single Bench in CWP No.15419 of 2023, which was dismissed in terms of the judgment dated 06.07.2023 passed in CWP No.14159 of 2023 titled as Kavita Rani and others vs. Haryana Staff Selection Commission.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the judgment dated 06.07.2023 passed in CWP No.14159 of 2023 has been challenged before the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.1057 of 2023 which was dismissed vide judgment dated 10.08.2023 and even SLP (C) No.20786 of 2023 titled as Kavita Rani and others vs. Haryana Staff Selection Commission and others, filed against the said judgment dated 10.08.2023 has also been dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide judgment dated 22.09.2023.

Accordingly, the present appeal is also dismissed in terms of the judgment dated 10.08.2023 passed in LPA No.1057 of 2023.

All the pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
