Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

praying for issuance of directions for expedient and time bound disposal of

trial in FIR No.99 dated 14.03.2020, under Sections 302, 341, 323 read with

Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (for short, 'IPC') registered at

Police Station Tarori, District Karnal, pending in the Court of learned

Sessions Judge, Karnal.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that trial against the

main accused Kulwinder Singh has already been concluded in the above FIR

and he was convicted for the offences under Sections 323, 341 read with

Section 34 IPC vide judgment and order dated 06.07.2023 (P-3) passed by

learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karnal; whereas, trial against the

petitioner being juvenile is still pending in the Court of learned Additional

Sessions Judge, Karnal.

3. In view of the above, he contends that directions be issued to

the Court concerned to conclude the trial in a time bound manner.

4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the paper

book.

5. In view of the factual position noticed herein-above, this

petition is disposed off with a request to learned Additional Sessions Judge

(Children Court), Karnal, to proceed in the matter without granting any

unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

6. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed off.
