1. The petitioner has filed the instant revision petition against

judgment dated 07.08.2019 whereby learned Appellate Authority,

Charkhi Dadri while allowing the appeal filed by the respondent has set

aside the judgment dated 13.07.2015 passed by learned Rent Controller,

Charkhi Dadri.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the

instant petition.
