1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under
Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 initiating contempt proceedings against respondent and for punishing the respondent for disobeying the order dated 28.10.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by this court in CWP-21716-2021.
2. Notice of motion.
3. Mr. Deepak Balyan, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has placed on record order dated 13.12.2023 to show that the order dated 28.10.2021 passed by this court, has been complied with.
4. In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
5. However, if any grievance of the petitioner is left unaddressed,
the petitioner will be at liberty to avail alternate remedy, but in accordance
with law.
