1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under

Sections 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiating contempt proceedings against respondent for not obeying the order dated 14.11.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by this court in CWP No.25508 of 2023.

2. Notice of motion.

3. Mr. Kanwal Goyal, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has produced copy of order of even date to show that the order dated 14.11.2023 passed by this court, has been complied with.

4. In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.

5. However, if any grievance of the petitioner is left unaddressed,

the petitioner will be at liberty to avail alternate remedy, but in accordance

with law.
