1. The petitioners herein are the judgment debtors. On 01.12.1998,

the preliminary decree for possession by way of partition was passed by the

Court with respect to various plots comprised in khasra nos.429/430 and

457. Ultimately, the final decree was passed on 16.11.2012, which was

upheld in first appeal by the learned District Judge on 29.09.2015. Now the

execution proceedings are pending. The petitioners filed an objection to

claim that the plot comprised in khasra no.408 has not been included by the

Local Commissioner in his report.

2. The Executing Court has held that the plot comprised in khasra

no.408 was not a part of the suit property. The correctness of the aforesaid

order has been challenged in this revision petition.

3. The learned counsel representing the petitioners, though made

sincere attempts, however, failed to draw the attention of the court to any

substantive error or perversity in the order passed by the Executing Court.

4. Hence, dismissed.

5. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also

disposed of.
